Book Purchases
Books and digital resources purchased through My Wedding Songs are subject to the terms and conditions of myweddingsongs.com. Books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s terms of service.

PDF downloads are for personal and professional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital downloads with third parties. Each purchase is licensed to a single user.
Refunds
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us, and we will resolve it promptly.
Consulting Services
Booking & Scheduling
Consulting sessions are booked through Calendly. By scheduling a session, you agree to arrive prepared and on time. Sessions that are missed without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Consulting Disclaimer
Consulting services represent the professional opinion and experience of Matthew Campbell. Results are not guaranteed. Wedding Hit Records is not responsible for business outcomes resulting from advice given during consulting sessions. All strategies and recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the session.
Confidentiality
All information shared during consulting sessions is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your written consent.
The Wedding MusicLetter
The Wedding MusicLetter is published and distributed through Substack. By subscribing, you agree to Substack’s Terms of Service in addition to these terms. Content published in the Wedding MusicLetter is the intellectual property of Wedding Hit Records and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Free and paid subscription tiers may be available. Paid subscription terms, including pricing and cancellation, are governed by Substack’s platform policies.
The Wedding Songs Podcast
Podcast episodes are made available for personal and professional listening only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or monetize podcast content without written permission. Clips and excerpts may be shared for non-commercial purposes with clear attribution to the Wedding Songs Podcast and Wedding Hit Records.
